I would like to thank Daniel (sales) and Claude (installations) for the excellent service which I received last week. We put our house up for sale on Monday morning and and after showings on Tues and Wed night our furnace blower fan died late Wed night. I had called several dealers on Thursday morning and Daniel at Clement Marchand was the only sales person to actually answer the phone when I called. I explained the problem we were having and had decided that due to the age of the furnace I would prefer to have it replaced rather than repaired... the catch it had to be done by 5:30 pm on Thursday night for another showing. Daniel told us this would be possible and we made arrangements to meet on site at 11:00. On Thursday, December 22, you installed a gas furnace in my home. The installation crew did a superb job. They worked quietly and efficiently and left my basement in a very clean condition. There was not a trace that a crew had installed a furnace that day. I want to commend specially the worker who installed the pipes outside, because, although he encountered some problems with the bricks, the face of the brick has a tendency to break off, he did a superb job of restoring them to their original condition.

You are indeed fortunate to have such a reliable and hard-working crew working for you. By the way, my neighbour, who had his furnace installed the previous day by your company also, echoes my sentiments.
