you with comfort and peace of mind. Did you know that Clement Marchand
can still service your products even if you bought them elsewhere?
Our plans are designed for gas furnaces, and central air conditioning
systems. A maintenance plan is an excellent way to extend the life
of your product, ensuring energy efficiency and that your product
is operating safely while limiting pollutants and fire hazards.
We have three types of maintenance plans designed to fit your individual

GAS FURNACES AND AIR CONDITIONING SYSTEMS
PLANS
PLAN A - MAINTENANCE (a/c - up to 5 tons)
Clean and Check: Two complete inspections, one complete 15-point
check of the A/C for the summer operation and one 19-point check
of the heating unit for the winter.
Price: $165.00 (tax included)
PLAN B - MAINTENANCE AND FULL YEAR LABOUR (a/c - up to 5 tons)
Clean and Check: Two complete inspections as in PLAN A above.
Labour: Priority emergency service for one year at no added cost
during normal working hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday).
There will be a $30.00 trip charge for after hours, holidays, and
weekend calls.
Price: $300.00 (tax included)
PLAN C - MAINTENANCE PLUS FULL YEAR PARTS AND LABOUR (a/c - up
to 5 tons)
Clean and Check: Two complete inspections as in PLAN A above.
Parts: Replacement or repair of parts listed below at no additional
cost.
Labour: Priority emergency service for one year at no added cost
during normal working hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday).
There will be a $30.00 trip charge for after hours, holidays, and
weekend calls.
Pricing:
Standard - $380.00 (tax included)
Mid efficiency - $390.00 (tax included)
High efficiency - $400.00 (tax included)
Under PLAN C, the following parts ONLY will be replaced when found
defective or inoperative. No other parts will be replaced or repaired:
STANDARD THERMOSTAT, FAN BELT, STARTING CAPACITOR, ELECTRONIC IGNITION
CONTROLS, SHAFTS & BEARINGS, REFRIGERANT, EXPANSION VALVE, TRANSFORMER,
STARTING RELAY, FAN MOTOR, HIGH/LOW PRESSURE CONTROLS, FAN RELAY,

GAS FURNACE PLANS
PLAN A - MAINTENANCE
Clean and Check: One complete 15-point inspection, cleaning and
adjustment of your heating system to insure maximum safety and economy.
Any parts are extra.
Price: $90.00 (tax included)
PLAN B - MAINTENANCE AND FULL YEAR LABOUR
Clean and Check: One complete inspection as in Plan A above.
Labour: Priority emergency service for one year at no added cost
during normal working hours (8:00 AM to 4:00 PM Monday to Friday).
There will be a $30.00 trip charge for after hours, holidays, and
weekend calls.
Price: $147.00 (tax included)
PLAN C - MAINTENANCE PLUS FULL YEAR PARTS AND LABOUR

19-POINT FURNACE INSPECTION
- Clean and check operation of thermostat.
- Clean and check operation of limit controls.
- Lubricate fan and motor bearings.
- Check blower operation.
- Check fan belt tension and alignment. Replace worn belt if required.
- Check electrical controls' wiring.
- Identify heating fuse circuit on electric service panel.
- Clean burners and set for proper combustion and ignition.
- Check overall operation of heating unit.
- Examine furnace flue and vent connectors.
- Clean pilot and check safety cut-off.
- Inspect chimney cleanout.
- Check gas piping system.
- Clean permanent type filters and re-install. Instruct customer
on filter maintenance.
- Clean equipment exterior.
- Instruct customer on winter/summer changeovers.
- Leave completed checklist and literature with client.
- Left pilot turned on.
- Clean fan compartment.
